REZUMAT
Restaurarea provizorie reprezintă la ora actuală o etapă obligatorie în cadrul protezărilor fixe. Prin acest tip de piese protetice se asigură protejarea integrităţii câmpului protetic, restaurarea funcţiilor aparatului dento-maxilar, stabilitatea dimensională a etajului inferior al feţei sprijinind în acelaşi timp unele etape ulterioare ale tratamentului protetic. Deasemenea aceste proteze pot testa anumite elemente morfologice necesare refacerii funcţionalităţii ocluzale, fizionomiei şi fonaţiei conferind posibilitatea amânării protezării finale, exercitând un efect benefic asupra psihicului pacientului.
Această lucrare prezintă două metode directe de realizare a protezelor provizorii demonstrând utilitatea folosirii acestor tehnici în practica curentă.

The use of provisional restorations direct technics in prosthetic treatment
ABSTRACT
Provisional restorations have to be a compulsory stage of fixed partial denture treatment. Temporary restorations provide the protection of integrity of dental maxillary apparatus components, the recovery of dental maxillary apparatus functions, the dimensional stability of face inferior segment, helping in the same time other stages of prosthetic treatment. They also can test some morphological elements that are necessary to remake the occlusal functionality, the countenance and phonology. Temporary restorations offer the possibility to put off the final fixed partial denture and they have a good effect on patient.
This work presents two direct methods of fulfilling provisional fixed restorations showing the utility of this prothesis.
