REZUMAT

Boala hidatică hepatică este o parazitoză determinată de Taenia Echinococcus granulosus. Motivul acestei prezentări este de a descrie un caz rar de evoluţie a unui chist hidatic hepatic complicat cu fistulizare subcutanată, la o femeie de 36 de ani. Diagnosticul a fost stabilit pe baza datelor echografice şi computer tomografice. Pacienta a fost operată şi evoluţia postoperatorie favorabilă. Fistulizarea subcutanată sau cutanată ramâne o complicaţie rară fiind descrise doar 5 cazuri până în present.

Hydatid cyst of the liver complicated with subcutaneous fistula. Case report

ABSTRACT

Hydatid cyst of liver is a parasitosis caused by Taenia echinococcus granulosus. The purpose of this report is to describe a case involving subcutaneous fistula of a hydatid cyst of liver in a 36-year-old female. Diagnosis was established by ultrasonography and CT-scan. The patient underwent surgical treatment and recovered uneventfully. Subcutaneous and cutaneous fistula remains an uncommon complication. only five cases are reported in the literature up to now.
