Objective 1.1: This phase will be primarily aim at acquiring and breeding of transgenic animals that will be used in the present project. Objective 1.2: Within this stage the toxicity of Na channel blockers will be tested on existing non-transgenic animal in the animal facility of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova.
