Dear Colleagues,

Last year, within the project "Romania at Horizon 2030: Increasing international relevance through the internationalization of higher education," implemented by the Executive Agency for Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation Funding (UEFISCDI), in partnership with the Ministry of Education and Research (MySMIS Code: 319112), we successfully conducted the first edition of the "Study in Romania Student Ambassadors" program.

Following the call for applications, 12 student ambassadors—both Romanian and international—were selected. Over the past year, they contributed to promoting Romania as a study destination by creating content, participating in national and international events, and promoting the authentic study experience in Romanian universities.

Given the results achieved and the positive impact of the program, we wish to continue this initiative in the 2026–2027 academic year by launching a new call to expand the Study in Romania Student Ambassadors team.

Under this call, 5 new students will be selected to join the existing team of ambassadors, contributing to the international promotion of Romanian higher education and the #StudyInRomania brand.
