UMF Craiova welcomes first-year students to the opening of the 2026–2027 academic year

The University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova cordially invites you to the opening ceremony of the 2026–2027 academic year, which will take place on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM in the Aula Magna.

Dedicated, as it is every year, to first-year students, this ceremony marks the moment the academic community welcomes those who are beginning their training for careers in healthcare. For them, the first day of university brings the joy of passing the admission exam, the excitement of meeting professors and peers, and the natural questions that come with a fresh start.

Under the motto "Tomorrow starts now!", UMF Craiova invites its new students to look forward to their university years with confidence, curiosity, and courage. The ceremony is dedicated to them to convey, from day one, that they belong to a community where they can learn, seek support, and discover their own professional paths.

Welcome to UMF Craiova—the generation that begins building the medicine of tomorrow today!
