La nivelul cabinetelor medicale de specialitate există o experienţa de peste 10 ani în utilizarea Fişei Medicale Electronice pentru monitorizarea pacienţilor cu afecţiuni cronice oftalmologice; îmbunătăţirea performanţelor sistemelor informatice medicale prin introducerea unor de specificaţii ţintite pe necesităţile practice curente au făcut ca versiunile actuale să fie din ce în ce mai bine adaptate cerinţelor oftalmologice, creând facilităţi superioare de utilizare.
Lucrarea prezintă eforturile de extinderea a fişei electronice adaptate a pacienţilor la nivelul Clinicii de oftalmologie, a Spitalului Clinic Judeţean de Urgenţă, răspunzând următoarelor etape: extinderea şi adaptarea fişei electronice pentru monitorizarea pacienţilor în centrele de excelenţă ale Clinicii de oftalmologie (glaucom, diabet), extinderea la nivelul ambulatoriului de specialitate, extinderea către întreaga activitate medicală a Clinicii de oftalmologie, extinderea către aplicaţii Web.

Particularities of Electronic Medical Records in Ophtalmology
ABSTRACT
There is more than 10 years of experience in medical offices in the management of patients with ophthalmologic diseases, using Electronic Medical Record; the performance improvement of medical computerized systems, using correct specifications based of medical practice necessities, made our actual versions more and more adapted to ophthalmologic requirements, determining superior facilities of utilization.
This paper presents the efforts of extending the personalized EMR in our Clinic of Ophthalmology of the Emergency Clinical Hospital of Craiova, in several steps: extension and adaptation of EMR to monitoring patients with glaucoma and diabetes in Centers of excellence; extension of EMR to the ambulatory; extension of EMR to the entire medical activity in the Clinic of Ophthalmology; and extension EMR to Web applications..
