REZUMAT
Cancerul bronhopulmonar este considerat ca una din afectiunile maligne cu evolutia cea mai oculta, fiind totodata, pe plan mondial, cauza cea mai frecventa de deces printr-o afectiune neoplazica. Evolutia insidioasa a bolii determina diagnosticarea ei,intr-un procent ridicat, in stadii avansate care se coreleaza cu o supravietuire scazuta. Aceata situatie se doreste imbunatatita prin utilizarea, in primul rand, a unui tratament citostatic corespunzator, cat mai eficient. In acest scop am utilizat combinatii citostatice diferite pe care le-am administrat la pacienti cu cancer bronhopulmonar non-microcelular diagnosticat in stadiile III (A siB), evaluand ulterior eficienta tratamentului administrat.

Therapeutic results in advanced non small cell lung cancer
ABSTRACT
Non small lung cancer is considered one of the most occult cancers as evolution and, also the leading cause of mortality by cancer in the whole world. The insidious evolution of the disease leads to advanced stage diagnosis and poor survival. Knowing this fact we have tried to improve this especially by using a highly efficient regimen of chemotherapy. So, we have been used three chemotherapy regimens for patients with non small cell lung cancer and we have compared the results.
